‘Scan-xiety’
‘Scan-xiety’ is a deeply personal exploration of the anxiety experienced as a parent when a child has cancer. This interactive zoetrope, made from kiln formed and powered printed glass is operated by a pulley system requiring two people, and emphasises the lack of control often felt during uncertain times.
Through glass sculpture, installation, and mixed media, Annie translates this emotional turmoil into a piece that speaks of fear, hope, and uncertainty.
